More discoveries in the Lot region


We were advised by a fellow camper that if we got a chance to see Rocamadour, it was well worth a visit. By chance, we were staying just up the road, so took the opportunity to take a look. Here's some pics









It was amazing sight to see this delightful town perched on the edge of cliffs overlooking a lovely valley. The town was quite bustling with tourists and lots of shops selling nougat and chocolate, ice cream and so on. 
We came across another town in the Dordogne Valley, Martel. Again, medieval with lots of charm. We took some pics .







As we were in the Dordogne area, we decided to take a look at a place that was on our original route before we decided to go South. That was Beaulieu Sur Dordogne. The campsite looked Ok within walking distance of the town and overlooking the river. We're in a similar situation now but in Saumur, on the Loire and its a Flowers site.
