Returning to La Camping Coccinelle, Blot L'Elise, Puy de Dome Region

We packed up and hitched up our Adria and were away from Nevers campsite at 10am.
Stopped off at the Intermarche, (this gets a mention because it's the first time we've parked up in a supermarket carpark with our Adria)....  No problem...

Had a good journey, via A77 passed Moulins onto N79 briefly and then onto D2009 heading towards Clermont-Ferrand. We hopped onto the toll motorway briefly to Combronde and then onto the A2144 turning off at Pouzol.

We had hoped it had warmed up here, but no such luck... On a good day you can see for miles across to the Puy de Dome, not today...

Checked the weather forecast, no change, looks like we're in for a wet spell. Due for sunny spells on Thursday. There was a really nice Elddis caravan on site when we arrived and expected to see a GB car turn up. To our surprise it belonged to a Dutch couple, who were also surprised to see we did not have a British caravan. He was full of praise for it extolling the quality and design. Well Done Elddis. Unfortunately he was on site when they suffered a hail storm which has dented his roof, broke his car windscreen and dents all over his car. Fingers crossed for us.....

Taking advantage of free WIFI and sampling the local vino...
