We packed up and moved onto Kesslingland, Suffolk. Made good progress until we were within 50 metres of the site! What could go wrong? Well, being the map reader I suppose, I should take full responsibility!
We were nearing the site when I had a strong feeling we maybe on the wrong road and if we continued we may have to turn the caravan on the beach!
Our doubt got the better of us and we turned the caravan in a bus turn around. We were in mid manoeuvre , (holding up traffic in both directions) when fortunately for us, a fellow caravanner came to our aid and confirmed we were on the right road and going in the right direction. The site was 50 metres ahead around a bend!
A note for the Caravan Club, a sign would be helpful......
