Last night the wind was pretty wild, buffeting our Adria. When we woke in the morning,
it was still wild outside. The weather forecast was showing no rain today, so we decided to stick to our plan to walk the Cotswold Way to the Broadway Tower.
It was a pretty tough climb in the wind and quietly wondered why we hadn't driven up there, as there was ample parking! But we did feel better for it, later.
The tower was another design of our friend 'Capability' Brown hired by
George Coventry, 6th Earl of Coventry.
Must say, it's an interesting tower. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
