Made good time packing up and found ourselves on the A10 heading towards the Wash.
Patted ourselves on the back for following directions to the site without a 'hitch', turned into the site entrance to come face to face with an oncoming caravan on tow.... Unfortunately, the road wasn't wide enough for the two of us! After a harrowing half an hour reversing the caravan and re entering the site, we settled into a pitch, that I must say, wasn't what we were used to. I would say the look and feel of this Camping and Caravan site, on the Sandringham Estate was reminiscent of the 70's, a shoestring getaway...... However, I hastenly add, at £28 per night, expectations understandably were high.....
