Les Bouiex Lac

We have been at Les Bouiex Campsite 4 nights and the weather has been incredibly wet! However, we have managed a walk around the Les Bouiex Lake and a hill behind us. We have visited Gueret and La Soutteraine. Took a few pics at Crozant -Creuse gorges.

On recommendation from a fellow camper, we visited the Martyr Village at Oradour-sur-Glane. An example of terrible times. The original population was destroyed on 10 June 1944, when 642 of its inhabitants, including women and children, were massacred by a German Waffen-SS company.
